Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to help individuals clarify their goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies for personal and professional growth. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on addressing past issues and emotional healing, life coaching typically emphasizes forward-looking action and goal achievement.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) Coaching - focused on helping you develop and apply emotional intelligence skills in your personal and professional life.


Personal Development Coaching - focused on helping you set and achieve personal goals, improve self-awareness, develop confidence, and cultivate a positive mindset.

In our coaching sessions we will:

  1. Set clear, achievable and measurable goals that align with your vision for the future.

  2. Develop actionable steps to move achieve those goals. These may include breaking down larger goals into smaller tasks, setting deadlines, and identifying resources and support systems.

  3. Identify and overcome obstacles by developing resilience and cultivating problem-solving skills.

  4. Provide accountability and support on an ongoing basis to stay motivated and continue taking action towards their goals. They may also provide feedback and guidance to help clients stay on track.

  5. Celebrate successes along the way and recognize the progress, no matter how small.

Life coaching is action-oriented, focusing on tangible outcomes and measurable progress. I will help you set realistic milestones and take concrete steps towards their goals, continually assessing and adjusting strategies as needed.

FAQs

  • While psychotherapy focuses on helping someone find out why they feel or behave a certain way, coaching focuses on guiding someone step by step towards a specific goal, often using the person’s potential. It is a more direct and structured process where we create and execute an action plan to achieve the chosen goal or goals.

  • We set the number and frequency of sessions according to individual needs. Usually, 2-3 sessions a month are optimal. One session typically lasts 60 minutes.

  • Please contact me for available coaching packages.

  • At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance, you will incur the full session fee.
